Chiropractic, Acupuncture, RMT and Osteopathy

Extended Health

Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Osteopathy and RMT are covered by most Extended Health Care Plans in BC. There is also direct billing offered to most Extended Health Plans. If your insurance company doesn’t allow direct billing, you can submit a claim for reimbursement by mail or online using your treatment receipt. Once your insurance company processes your claim, they will mail you a cheque or send a direct deposit to your bank account. Please check your insurance policy for coverage before you book an appointment.

Some claims may require further processing. In this case, your claim can be submitted to your insurance provider, but until confirmation of coverage, you will be responsible for paying the full balance of your treatment. Once your insurance provider confirms your coverage, a refund can be issued.

Please check with your Extended Health Care provider to see if your policy covers Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Osteopathy and RMT.

MSP

The practitioners at Lifelong Health are covered under the 'opted out' status with MSP. We do not direct bill MSP.

ICBC

We no longer directly bill ICBC. We can work with ICBC claims still.

Worksafe

We do not currently accept Worksafe patients.
